Your details stay part of your order.
When you request a lyric draft, the name, pronunciation, relationship, occasion, style, and memories you enter are sent to Cloudflare’s Workers AI service to produce the draft. The draft request is not saved in our order database.
If you approve lyrics and pay, we keep only the recipient name, pronunciation hint, chosen sound, and approved lyrics needed to generate and support your order. That order payload is encrypted in our database. The approved lyrics and chosen sound are sent to WaveSpeed to create the audio. Finished MP3s are kept in private storage and can only be downloaded from your order page in the browser used for checkout.
Order details and audio are scheduled for deletion by January 31, 2027. The order page uses a private browser cookie so we can show your downloads without making them public. We store limited first-party page and sample-play events without the personal details you entered.
Do not enter sensitive personal information, private/confidential facts, or information about children. We do not request photos or voice recordings. For help with an order or deletion request, use the support option in your Stripe/Link payment receipt.
